- Book Synopsis
- Stop striving and live freely in God's accepting presence. Perfectionism is usually a vicious cycle of demanding and unrelenting standards from which it is hard to escape. Perfectionists can, at times, fall into the trap of assessing their self-worth on the basis of their performance - and sometimes do the same to others. Discover what might be at the root of perfectionism and gain practical pointers to deal with it - for yourself or others. Issues covered include: What perfectionism is and how it develops What physical and emotional responses/symptoms it causes How to seek after excellence rather than perfection How to 'go on and grow on' into spiritual rest and confidence.
