Robin Stevens was born in the USA, but grew up in Oxford, England. She is an author of children's fiction novels, best known for her Murder Most Unladylike Series. Stevens has an MA in Crime Fiction and started her career as an editor. She then took inspiration from Hercule Poirot and Agatha Christie and became a full time writer.
