Shipping & Delivery Information 

 

Please note: Guaranteed delivery for Christmas has now passed. All ordered products will be delivered after Christmas. A reduced delivery service will operate until January 5th, 2026.

 

Same Day Dispatch

Same Day Dispatch is available for indicated titles only. Order before 6pm Monday-Friday for dispatch the same day.

 

Express Delivery

Express delivery is only available for items marked as "Order by 6pm for same day dispatch". Orders placed before 6pm, Monday to Friday, will be delivered on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday. Orders placed on Bank Holidays are dispatched the next business day for delivery on the following day.

 

Delivery Lead Times

Products marked “Order by 6pm for same day dispatch” will be delivered next-day, Monday to Friday, within ROI, for products that are in-stock at the time of order. These timings are based on our delivery partners meeting their commitments. Products that are not marked “Order by 6pm for same day dispatch” are shipped from our extended range and will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days. These timings are based on our delivery partners meeting their commitments.

When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it will be forwarded to our delivery partners for delivery to your selected address and you will receive a dispatch confirmation email including tracking number.


Standard Delivery lead times (An Post):
Ireland and Northern Ireland: 2-3 working days
UK (except NI): 3-7 working days
Europe: 4-7 working days
USA & Canada: 6-10 working days
Rest of world: 8-12 working days

 

Express Delivery lead times (DPD):
Republic of Ireland only: 1-2 working days

 

Delivery Types

 

Standard Order

Single item or multiple items fulfilled and dispatched in one delivery. You will receive an email with tracking information once we have sent your items to our delivery partners for shipping to you.

Multiple Item Order

If you have ordered multiple items, these may be dispatched in separate deliveries. You will receive an email with tracking information each time we have sent your items to our delivery partners for shipping to you.

Click & Collect Order

If you have ordered an item for click & collect in one of our Eason stores, you will receive an order confirmation from the store when the item is ready for collection. You will also receive a collection confirmation after you have collected the item from the store.

Pre-order

If you have pre-ordered an item, this will be dispatched once we have received stock from the publisher/ supplier. You will receive an email with tracking information once we have sent your item to our delivery partners for shipping to you.

 

Delivery Address

Please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed.

 

Order Tracking

You can track your Standard Delivery order status with An Post here: https://track.anpost.ie/TrackOne.aspx

If there is no one available at the premises to sign for the package, you will receive a collection notice and your package will be held for collection at your local An Post depot.

You can collect your item by calling to the local delivery depot. You will need to bring some photo identification with you and reference the tracking number above when collecting.

Shipping to the USA

From 29 August 2025, all goods shipped to the USA are subject to import taxes and/or duties (the previous $800 de minimis no longer applies). These charges are set and collected by US authorities and are payable by the recipient before delivery. You may be contacted by the local postal operator or carrier to arrange payment; delivery cannot proceed until charges are paid and delays may occur if unpaid.

The amount due depends on the item type and order value and is outside our control. By placing a US order, you accept responsibility for any applicable import charges. We’ll continue to dispatch orders as normal and provide tracking so you can manage any requests from US customs or the carrier.
