- Kevin L. Seligman is a professor of theatre arts at Northern Illinois University. From 1988 through 1991, he was the commissioner of the Costume Design and Technology Commission of the United States Institute for Theatre Technology. He has conducted research in costume design, technology, history, and related subjects as well as in flat patterning and the commercial paper pattern industry for over twenty years.
