- Lee Roach is Senior Lecturer at Portsmouth University. He is the author of a number of student-focused books, including Card & James' Business Law and the Company Law Concentrate revision guide. He is also a co-author (along with Eric Baskind and Greg Osborne) of Commercial Law.
