- Daniel Mauleón is a writer and educator based in Minnesota. He holds a master's in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Hamline University. With a focus on graphic novels, he has written over 20 titles, including an original book based on the Nickelodeon show The Casagrandes. Daniel was born in Puebla, Mexico, and grew up in the Twin Cities. He lives with his wife and two cats.
