How does the Black Friday promo code for Games & Toys work?

To take advantage of the best Black Friday deals on toys and board games, the discount code must be entered in the promotional code box at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Your Black Friday discount code can not be used on items which are already discounted and does and do not apply to LEGO, Tonies, Pokemon cards, Elf on the Shelf minis, Herb Dublin and Irish Botanicals Christmas lines, Play-Doh, Aynsley, and computer or audio products.

What is the estimated delivery time for Games & Toys on Black Friday?

Games and toys will usually be delivered within 1-2 working days and delivery is free of charge for orders over €10. At busy times, such as Black Friday or before Christmas, order processing and delivery may take slightly longer. Express delivery is available for items marked as Same Day Dispatch.

Can I return a game or toy on Black Friday?

To help with your Christmas gift shopping, items purchased from 1 November 2023 can be returned up until 31st January 2024. Goods must still in saleable condition (no tears or writing, sealed packs must be unopened, etc.). A copy of the order confirmation email or invoice must be included so that we can identify the return as yours.
