Returns period

We accept returns up to 28 days after dispatch, provided the goods are still in saleable condition. This means items must be unused and undamaged, with no tears or writing, and any sealed packs must remain unopened.

Please include a copy of your order confirmation email or invoice so that we can identify the return.

Important: Refunds can only be applied to the original method of payment.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you have received incorrect or faulty goods, please contact Eason Customer Service before returning your items by completing our contact form.

Change of mind returns

If you no longer want your item, you can return it using one of the options below.

Return by post

Available in: Republic of Ireland and international locations.

Post the goods back to us using your local postal service or preferred courier. Please enclose your invoice or order confirmation email.

Please note: For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Click & Post offers a quick and easy way to buy your postage label or book a shopping return online.

  • Select the retailer option for Eason.
  • Use your order number as the retailer order reference.
  • Drop-off returns cost €4.95.
  • Collection returns cost €6.00.

Return via selected stores

Available in: Republic of Ireland only.

Return your order free of charge by visiting a participating store within 28 days of dispatch. Please bring:

  • Your returned item or items
  • A copy of your invoice or order confirmation email

Store colleagues will accept the return, and our online team will arrange a refund to the original payment method used for the order.
