She believes in self-compassion, self-care, self-actualization and self-empowerment. Stefanie specializes in Spiritual Psychotherapy which includes guided visualizations, inner-child healing, chakra assessment, chakra balancing and sound healing. Spiritual Psychotherapy incorporates the best of traditional Psychotherapy with an emphasis on the mind, body, emotions and spirit. Stefanie also specializes in Spiritual Life Coaching for those clients who wish to go deeper in developing a greater awareness of their inner-being, inner-guidance system, and life's purpose. Traditional life coaching can help you to achieve your goal and move you forward in your life, but as a Spiritual Life Coach, Stefanie focuses on helping clients achieve the spiritual fulfillment component, which is finding your sense of peace, love and purpose, as well as a sense of wholeness and connectedness.
