How does the Black Friday / Cyber Monday promo code work? 

The discount code must be entered in the promotional code box at checkout, discounts cannot be applied retrospectively or in conjunction with any other offer or discount code. Only one discount code may be used per online order.

When does the Black Friday / Cyber Monday voucher code expire? 

Your 2023 Black Friday / Cyber Monday discount code expires at midnight on Tuesday, 28th November.  (Eason reserves the right to alter, extend, or end any promotion at its sole discretion.)                                                             

Can I use the Black Friday / Cyber Monday discount code at any Eason store? 

The Black Friday and Cyber Monday discount codes are only valid on Easons.com. They are NOT valid in any Eason retail/franchise store or on easonschoolbooks.com.

How long will Black Friday / Cyber Monday deliveries take?

Items from our Same Day Dispatch range will be delivered within 1-2 working days or within 2-3 working days for our extended range. Delivery is free of charge for orders over €10 (free delivery applies if you spend over €10 after the discount). At busy times, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday or before Christmas, order processing and delivery may take slightly longer. Express delivery is available for items marked as Same Day Dispatch. Black Friday and Cyber Monday discount codes do not apply to postage or delivery charges. Eason reserves the right to cancel any order and to alter, extend, or end any promotion at its sole discretion.

Does the Black Friday / Cyber Monday promo code apply to all products?

The discount codes do not apply to Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals, online exclusives, LEGO, Newbridge, Paperchase, Tonies, Pokemon cards, Elf on the Shelf minis, Herb Dublin and Irish Botanicals Christmas lines, Play-Doh, Aynsley, already discounted products or products with black stickers. The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code - only one discount code can be used per online order.

Can I return a purchase made on Black Friday or Cyber Monday?

To help with your Christmas gift shopping, items purchased from 1 November 2023 can be returned up until 31st January 2024. Goods must still in saleable condition (no tears or writing, sealed packs must be unopened, etc.). A copy of the order confirmation email or invoice must be included so that we can identify the return as yours.
