Her passion for movement and well-being led her to a degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in fitness, health, and nutrition from San Diego State University. Stanton has always been in love with food-she learned how to cook from anyone who would let her follow them around in the kitchen-parents, aunts and uncles, neighbors, and friends. Her recipes are approachable, nourishing, and always fun. Stanton's goal is not just to share delicious recipes, but to show you just how exciting and easy cooking can be.
