She takes inspiration from her diverse background as Korean, Chinese, Russian, Romanian, and Polish with a California upbringing. She recently left her ten-year career in tech sales to pursue her mission to help others feel less intimidated in the kitchen by providing approachable meals, tips, and practices that empower a wider audience. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Doug, and their pup, Kimchi.
