- Book Synopsis
-
Ideal for readers who:
- Need family-friendly cookbooks built around make-ahead meals and freezer ease.
- Are looking for practical support when the dinnertime rush feels relentless.
- Want school mornings, lunchboxes and weeknight dinners made easier to manage.
- Prefer reliable home cooking that is simple, budget-friendly and genuinely useful.
As a parent, I know the madness of the dinnertime rush all too well. Make & Freeze is the book I wish I had years ago - simple, home-cooked recipes you can stash in the freezer and rely on when the kiddos are tearing down the house.
Make & Freeze is the ideal family cookbook, with 100 recipes that can all be made in advance and popped in the freezer. Family life is hectic, and parents don’t always have the time or energy to cook from scratch every evening. With recipes ranging from School Morning Pancakes to lunchbox Blueberry and Ricotta Muffins and Chickpea and Squash Curry, Make & Freeze is real homecooked food for time-poor parents.
Lou’s recipes are healthier, cheaper and tastier than shop-bought packaged food, and are just as easy to grab from the freezer when you need them on a rainy day.
