- LAURA KEOHANE grew up in the West of Ireland, reading about magic and fairies. When she was much older, she decided it was time to write her own stories. She is an active member of Writepace writing cooperative in Limerick city. In 2024, she was awarded the Betty and Jenny Bursary by Children's Books Ireland. When she is not writing, Laura can usually be found reading amazing children's books and stealing sour jellies from her children. She lives in County Clare with her family and her cat, Tiamut Cupcake Keohane.
