- Jennifer M. Bogard, Ph.D., is an educator, author, and poet. As an adjunct professor at Lesley University, she teaches courses in literacy and integrating literacy and the arts. Dr. Bogard taught elementary school for nearly two decades and is a former literacy coach. She presents for schools and professional organizations and has authored books for educators, journal articles, and curriculum guides. As a poet, Jennifer writes books for children including The ABCs of Plum Island, Massachusetts.
