- About The Author
- Gillian Watson is a principal lecturer in the Faculty of Business and Law at the University of Sunderland, UK, responsible for international development and partnerships. She has also undertaken other senior roles in the faculty such as HRM team leader, chair of the PG board and chair of the Applied Management, FdA and HND board. She has led several key initiatives to enhance the learning experience for postgraduate and undergraduate students. Her current role allows her to foster co-operation and share good practice with the faculty's Transnational Education and other partner institutions.
