- This textbook provides a comprehensive introduction to the novel concepts of pneumopedics and craniofacial epigenetics. Clinically, these mechanisms are delivered through biomimetic oral appliance therapy. The text, therefore, covers both genetics and epigenetics of craniofacial development, as well as growth and development of the craniofacial architecture. For example, the clinical application of biomimetic tooth movement achieved through epigenetic orthodontics is presented.
