The Spelling Bee is a competition that tests a student's ability to spell words correctly. 12-year-old Enda Briody from Crosserlough N.S, was the winner of the Cavan County spelling bee. It was his first time participating in the competition, and he emerged as the winner. 11-year-old Rita Regiec from St Louis GNS, came out victorious in this years Monaghan County spelling bee. Rita had never participated in the competition before, but she impressed the judges with her spelling skills. 12-year-old Caoimhe O'Leary a student from Cong NS in Mayo, won the Mayo County spelling bee in. She emerged as the winner after beating some tough competition. Caoimhe was thrilled with her victory and praised the competition for helping her improve her spelling abilities.
