An Update for our Customers Regarding Online Returns

Dear customers, to help at this uncertain time, we have extended our returns policy. We will now be accepting returns up to 42 days after purchase.


We accept returns up to 42 days after dispatch if the goods are still in marketable condition. If you would like to return goods, contact us by filling in this form.
Post the goods back to us with all paperwork enclosed and we'll credit your account. Note: postage on returned goods will be borne by the customer unless we were at fault.

Alternatively, selected Eason stores are now offering free returns!

To Return Your Order for Free by visiting SELECTED Stores:
Simply take your returned books and a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email with you into your local store within 28 days of receiving your order. The staff there will look after the returned items and our online team will arrange a refund onto the original payment method used for the order.

Please note, the books must be received in a saleable condition (no tears or writing etc.) within 28 days of receiving the order. A copy of the order confirmation email/invoice received with the order must be included so we can identify the return as yours when it is processed.

Please note, these stores are NOT participating in online returns:
Ballina, Carlow, Castlebar, Cavan, Clarehall, Kilarney, Limerick Parkway, Listowel, Mullingar, Nenagh, Santry, Shannon, Thurles , Sligo, Mallow, Carlow


Refunds can only be applied to the original method of purchase. 

Restricted Returns

Certain goods, such as print-on-demand titles or special limited editions, are not eligible for return. This will be indicated to you before you place your order.
