Eason Presents: An Evening with Sleep Consultant Lucy Wolfe

Take an evening off from bedtime duty and join Lucy Wolfe for some canapés, drinks and expert advice on how to master your child’s sleep routine in House, Lesson Street, on Thursday 26 March from 6.30p.m. Event commences at 7PM.

When it comes to baby sleep, Lucy Wolfe has seen – and solved – it all. Her gentle stay-and-support approach has helped thousands of people achieve the holy grail of parenthood: a full night’s sleep! But even with the best routine things can go awry.

At this exclusive event to launch her second book, Lucy will be discussing some of the most common problems she has encountered with clients over the years, and offering her expert advice on how to tackle the most common sleep issues, from birth to six years; including:

• An introduction to your child's sleep: What is a sleep problem and who can have one? Why does it happen and what can you do?
• Gentle sleep-shaping strategies to embrace from birth to six months.
• Gentle sleep-learning strategies to implement from six months to six years.
• Addressing three core reasons that routinely dilute parents’ efforts.
• Decisions to make that improve sleep: Where does your baby sleep? Who starts the process? Using a dummy and when to begin.
• Definitive steps towards positive sleep practices, including using the stay-and-support approach to gently and considerately improve sleep by day and by night.

Followed by a questions and answers session and book signing. Tickets cost €16.99 and include a copy of Lucy’s book, which will be available for collection on the night.
