Can you see that green thing teaches children how to wash their hands properly, but does so in a fun magical way. Fregal and Hope learn what germs are, when to wash their hands and how to kill germs. Fregal sees a green germ jumping up and down on Hope's hand, which encourages Fregal and Hope to quickly wash their hands. Hope sings a fun sing-a-long song when washing her hands, so she knows that she has washed her hands for long enough.
