This is a beautiful book, and everyone in my book club agrees. It made us cry, but we cried together. It made us laugh. But we laughed together. We read this before the movie was even announced, and we fell in love with it, the way you fall in love with books. On the very first page, the very first paragraph. Of course i am a little sad that it is so popular, but dn't get me wrong John deserves it. Like it says in his wonderful book, there is a secret contract between a reader and the author. I feel that it was not broken like in AIA, but damaged. I just hope that John Green doesnt forget about us nerdfighters! I have faith in you John. DFTBA, and happy Esther Day!

"I fell in love the way you fall asleep: slowly, then all at once." I've fallen in love with that quote - and it's just a sample of the superb writing of Mr. Green. I've just gone out and bought all his other books after reading this. It had me laughing out loud and sobbing into my pillow ( and BTW, its a long time since I've been a teenager). Can't wait to see the movie, making sure to bring a big box of tissues with me. Faultless in every way.

This book is one of the most amazing books ever. Normally I wouldn't read books like this but this one had me hooked from the very first page. You fall in love with every character in the book. This book has brought me to tears. It is a great read for both girls and boys (over 11 I would say but it depends). I highly recommend this book to everyone.

This book is extremely good. It goes on a roller-coaster of emotions with a very good story line. You will fall in love with Hazel and Gus during this amazing story. It is a very good read and I've just recently read it. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. I personally wouldn't recommend a young child (10-11) reading this book but it really depends on the child. I hope you enjoy it! DFTBA

THE FEELS ARE INTENSE.....need i say more???? I fell in love with this book from page 3. and didnt put it down untill the last page(although it got flung across the room a few times). The characters are so believable each with the most amazing personalities, and Gus.........don't even get me started. Its funny, romantic and all if the above, it anything could be perfect this book would be!!!!! I will warn you tears will come, and will not stop but it is worth it........well worth it.

IF you want a story that will make you fall in love with the characters and have you crying time and time again... then this is your book! I mean the writing is fantastic and Mr Green can rip out you heart with a sentence. Do you thing he writes for doctor who? He has that characteristic about him that makes you dreadfully read on. The characters are amazing and they will make you feel things that no one should feel (unless your otp split up. then it's personal!). So DFTBA guys and go read this book because it will have you begging for more (like 'Looking for Alaska', for example, is another perfect 'rip you heart out and stamp on it with steal toe boots' book that is fun for all the family [but mostly for teenagers because of the certain types of jobs in it!] )
