How to shop with Eason and Son Ltd

How do I find what I’m looking for?
In order to find a particular book, simply type in the title, author, ISBN or subject in the search engine box located on the top left of each page. The search engine will return some results. You can also browse through our book categories using the store categories located on the left of each page.

Do I need to be registered to buy?
No registration is required to purchase on the Eason online store.

How do I add a product to my basket?
To add a product to your basket, simply click the “Add to basket” button located beside the book’s image. This will automatically add the book to your basket.

How can I see what’s in my basket?
You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the “basket” link located at the top of each page.

How do I remove an item from my basket?
If you have added a book to your basket and no longer wish to purchase it – simply access your basket and click the “remove” button next to the item you do not wish to purchase. This will automatically delete this book from your basket.
If you wish to empty your basket from all items, click on the “Clear all” button.

How can I pay for my order?
Eason and Son Ltd accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Laser card and Eason Gift Cards. All prices are displayed and charged in Euro.

How quickly will I receive my order?
We will dispatch your order to you as soon as possible, so long as it is in stock. Expected delivery times are as follows:

Ireland: 3-5 working days
UK: 6 working days
EU: 4-7 working days
USA & Canada: 6-10 working days
All other places: 8-12 working days

If your order is out of stock, we will email you with an expected delivery date. Feel free to query your order at any stage.

How do I change or cancel an order?
You can change or cancel an order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. For queries about an order, contact us at internet@easons.com.
