To avoid disappointment, when ordering your books please note the dispatch time: 3-5 or 7-10 working days (subject to availability).
What are your delivery charges?
To keep our delivery costs as low as possible and get your books to you as quickly as possible, we use GLS Ireland and An Post, Ireland’s national postal service. The fees below take into consideration the following factors:
(a) The number of books ordered
(b) Weight and size of books ordered
(c) The destination delivery address
Delivery charges will not exceed the costs listed below.

For regular delivery anywhere on the Island of Ireland, any order exceeding 6 books of regular weight will not be charged over €21 delivery fee.
Heavy books
The delivery charges above reflect an average book weight of approximately one kilo. Books exceeding one kilo require special handling and so attract a higher charge. This will be indicated to you at the checkout prior to your committing to complete your purchase. Delivery charges will not exceed the costs listed below.

Insurance
All parcels valued over €100.00 will be insured in accordance with An Post regulations. Detailed information is available at www.anpost.ie
Can I return my order if I am not happy with it?
Yes, for books listed on this website, we will accept returns up to 7 days after dispatch once the goods are still in marketable condition. Just post the goods back to us with all paperwork enclosed (please be sure to include your name, address, order reference number and receipt), and we will credit your account. However, the postage on returned goods will be borne by you, unless we were at fault.
The fine print on returns
There are some limited edition or hard to find books that are not on our website. If you contact us by e-mail and we are able to find the book for you, it may be a firm sale book. This means we need a firm commitment from you before we order it because we won’t be able to return it to the supplier. In this rare case, it would not be a refundable order. However, we would notify you about this through e-mail before you committed to the order.
How quickly will I get my order?
We will dispatch your order as soon as it is in stock. When your order has been dispatched, expected delivery times are as follows:
Ireland: 3-5 working days
UK: 6 working days
EU: 4-7 working days
USA & Canada (Airmail): 6-10 working days
All other places (Airmail): 8-12 working days
If your order is out of stock, we will e-mail you with an expected availability date. This date is based on information we receive from suppliers and publishers and is as up-to-date as possible.
Eason Gift Cards
Eason Gift Cards are sent to the gift recipient by Registered Post; therefore, there is a postal charge of €5.00 for each delivery address. The delivery charge will be waived for Gift Card orders of €100 or more to one delivery address. To send a Gift Card, please click here
